This 90 min yoga workshop will help you to take a step towards a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. Start the new year with self-care, nurture your well-being and find your inner harmony. The FS wellness workshop will bring more self-awareness and give you an opportunity to delve into various practices, from candle light meditation to journaling and Ayurveda yoga.
