Community Yoga Classes: A Journey of Wellness and Togetherness

Since August 2024, I have had the immense pleasure of teaching yoga classes for our community. These sessions have been more than just a physical practice; they have created a happy space where we can come together, rejuvenate, and foster a sense of unity. It has been very rewarding to see our community grow stronger and more connected through these classes.

I am not paid by the condo board or anyone else for conducting these classes. This initiative is fueled by my passion for yoga and my commitment to our community's well-being. A small fee is required to keep hosting our yoga sessions. There will be two flexible options to accommodate different preferences:
