FS Yoga Event

This yoga class is hosted by FS Attire & Accessories a lifestyle brand for women with a busy schedule but knowing when to take some time to recharge.

This 60 min yoga practice will calm your mind and strengthen your body. Use this practice to renew your energy and to re-center. Let go and relax, join us to take some time for yourself, to step back, and to reassess. Making time for yourself will empower you to make choices (and changes) gracefully so that you can fall into a routine that serves your needs and desire.
